Brittany Guthrie’s practice focuses on representing high net worth and high income clients in all family law arenas, including divorces, child support and child custody proceedings, as well as contempt and modification actions.  Prior to joining the Eittreim Martin Cutler team as an associate, Brittany spent four years practicing as a bankruptcy and consumer litigation attorney, where she gained experience in both the corporate and litigation arenas.  This valuable, broad-based knowledge complements her high asset family law practice by giving her insight into both complex corporate structural issues as well as highly contested litigation issues.

Brittany was raised in Milton, Georgia and only ever wanted to be a Georgia Bulldawg.  After graduating from the University of Georgia for her undergraduate studies, majoring in public relations, she then pursued her law degree at the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., before returning home to the Atlanta area to be closer to family.

Understanding that family always comes first is crucial to Brittany’s practice of family law.  This can be seen in Brittany’s empathetic approach to family law, where she strives to understand each client and their individual situation so as to better leverage her problem-solving skills to achieve the best result possible for each client.
