Stuart Miller’s practice focuses on representing high net worth and high income clients in all family law arenas, including divorces, child support and child custody proceedings, as well as contempt and modification actions.  In addition, Stuart also assists clients in drafting and negotiating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Prior to joining the Eittreim Martin Cutler team as an associate, Stuart spent five years at a litigation firm in Florida resolving diverse legal matters both in court and through alternative dispute resolution.

Stuart’s approach to his practice is to utilize his courtroom experience to zealously represent clients while working to obtain effective results through negotiations and, when necessary, in court.  Stuart understands and appreciates that divorce and family law conflicts often present the most difficult time in a client’s life, and therefore it is Stuart’s belief that each client’s case deserves discretion, professionalism, and a personalized approach that is crafted to achieve efficient resolutions protecting each client’s unique needs.  There is life after a divorce or heavily-contested family law matter, and it is Stuart’s focus is to give each client the support and solutions they need to move forward in the healthiest and most productive way possible.

Stuart’s relocation from Florida to join the team at EMC was a true homecoming.  He was born and raised in Cobb County and has extensive family here.  He attended the University of Georgia for his undergraduate studies, and then pursued his law degree at The University of Georgia School of Law where he graduated in 2014, thus becoming a “Double Dawg” in the process.  His decision to return to Georgia was as much a desire to return to his roots, and set down new ones in the community he has always considered home, as it was to practice in an area of litigation where personal relationships between lawyer and client are paramount.  It is in these personal relationships where Stuart excels, and his clients know that he will forcefully advocate for them while also keeping the client’s immediate and long-term interests at the forefront of his mind.
