About
Since graduating from Georgia State Law School in 2017, Abby’s practice has been exclusively dedicated to domestic relations. Her experience includes high asset and complex divorce cases, child custody cases, modifications, contempt actions, legitimations, as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Prior to joining the Eittreim Martin Cutler team in 2025, Abby honed her profession at another boutique family law firm in the Atlanta area.
Abby recognizes she meets clients during some of the most stressful times of their lives. As such, she aims to achieve each client’s goals without adding additional stress, including where possible, by reaching negotiated resolutions. However, Abby knows it is not always possible to reach settlements and so she is a zealous advocate for her clients inside and outside the courtroom.
Throughout her practice, she has developed a passion for helping clients take some of the unknowns out of the divorce process. In drafting prenuptial or postnuptial agreements, she understands that taking into consideration each client’s unique needs can provide a much-needed peace of mind.
Abby has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star every year since 2024. Abby is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. Prior to attending law school at Georgia State, Abby received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
