Molly A. Sullins
About
Molly Sullins is an associate with Eittreim Martin Cutler, having joined the firm in August of 2025.
Molly was born and raised in Athens, Georgia. She earned her Bachelors Decree from Kennesaw State University, graduating magna cum laude in December 2021. She then went on to attend Mercer University School of Law, graduating in 2025, again magna cum laude.
During law school, Molly was a member of the legal honor society Phi Delta Phi, and she completed the Advanced Legal Writing Certificate Program. She gained significant family law experience prior to her graduation from Mercer Law by interning with two family law firms, including EMC, during her law school summers, and during the academic years by serving as a student attorney in Mercer’s Domestic Violence Clinic. In that role, she was sworn in under the “Third Year Practice Act” and represented victims of domestic violence in Temporary Protective Order hearings before the Superior Court of Bibb County.
At Eittreim Martin Cutler, Molly focuses on supporting her clients as they proceed through their individual family law matter, whether that is a child support or custody matter, a contempt action, or a complex divorce. Molly understands that while the best resolution to a family law matter is an amicable solution, those results can sometimes prove elusive, requiring that her client’s interests must be preserved through litigation and the diligent pursuit of information. Whether helping to negotiate a settlement or preparing for a trial, Molly’s passion in advocating for her clients, while remaining compassionate and professional, is evident to lawyers and judges alike.
In her free time, Molly enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, and live music.
